So today I was supposed to hangout with the guy I talk to at 1:00 and he said he’d call me when he was driving over last night. Something came up so I couldn’t hangout so I texted him hey, expecting him to reply so I could tell him. He hasn’t replied. Or called. It’s now 3:30. Should I be mad?
